CONTEST RULES
The ceremonial framework governing entries, selection, voting, and the Grand Final.
LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED. This draft defines the intended structure and participant expectations. Final legal text, governing law, eligibility territories, and data-controller details must be approved by qualified counsel before launch.

ELIGIBILITY
Entrants must be at least 18 years old and eligible to represent their selected participating country. Final territorial eligibility and residency criteria remain subject to legal review.

ORIGINAL WORK
Entries must be original works submitted by rights holders with authority to grant contest-related use. Third-party rights, samples, voices, and training inputs remain the entrant’s responsibility.

AI DISCLOSURE
Entrants must accurately disclose AI tools and describe their own creative contribution. Concealment, false statements, or rights violations may result in disqualification.

SUBMISSION
One accessible Google Drive link must contain the required audio and supporting material. Deadlines, accepted file formats, maximum duration, and replacement policy will be confirmed before entries open.

SELECTION & VOTING
Organisers may review eligibility before public presentation. Voting requires a verified account, permits one semifinal vote per country and one Grand Final vote per verified user, and remains subject to integrity checks.

CONDUCT
Manipulated voting, automated activity, harassment, hateful content, or attempts to compromise the contest may lead to vote removal or disqualification. No anti-abuse system can guarantee prevention of every attempt.

RIGHTS & LICENCE
Entrants retain ownership. The final rules will define the limited licence required to review, promote, stream, and archive accepted contest entries.

CHANGES & CANCELLATION
The organiser may make proportionate operational changes where necessary. The final text will define notice, withdrawal, cancellation, and dispute procedures.
